They did it! Orlando City Soccer closer to playoff spot

If you’ve ever been to a soccer game, you know how exciting it can be.  Today was a very exciting and tense game at the same time.  Orlando City could not afford to lose at home and the are now one point out of the last playoff spot.

Within the first two minutes of the game, we had two injuries.  Ramos and Redding Collided  face to face.  The entire Citrus Bowl was silent for almost 5 minutes.  “We have to win this game. As much as you feel for the two guys who’d gone off our thoughts were automatically let’s get Seb on, let’s get Bods on, let’s put Brek at right back and I thought it worked really well. I can’t praise the players enough for their efforts.” Head Coach Adrian Heath said.

Kyle Larin scores the first goal against Montreal and electrified the crowd.  Montreal’s Odura made a controversial goal by kicking the goal off of Orlando City’s goalie’s hand.  Then game was tied and the fight was on.  Orlando played one of the best games I’ve ever seen them play.  They gave it all of their heart.   Seb Hines, which is not a striker made wining goal.

Montreal certainly didn’t hand them the win.  The fought well but tonight, the clear winner was Orlando City, a huge respect to Orlando City’s goalie Mr. Tally Hall.
