Dozens of U.S. Governors are refusing to take on Syrian refugees. The concern is that ISIS may have it’s people as part of the refugees. One of the terrorist that attacked Paris last Friday came as a refugee just one month prior to the attack. President Obama wants to accept 10,000 refugees from Syria in 2016.
