Magic Let The 3’s Rain. Beat The Nets

The Orlando Magic ended their 4 game losing streak with a win against the Brooklyn Nets, 83-77. Victor Oladipo led the Magic with six 3-point shots and 20 points in the contest.

It was as if a switch was flipped, and the Magic players started raining 3’s in the fourth quarter to take down the Nets. Aaron Gordon who is strong on athleticism surprised with three 3-point shots in the second half. Tobias Harris came close to at triple double with nine points, 12 rebounds and eight assists. Nicola Vucevic had another solid game with 20 points.

The most important point is that the Magic returned to their intense defense strategy by holds the nets to 40% shooting. This win helps to erase the panic after the losses to Washington, Cleveland, Detroit, and Indiana over the last week. The team energy has returned.

It will immediately be tested tonight in Orlando as the Magic face the Washington Wizards at Amway Center. The Magic have yet to defeat the Wizards this year.
