On Thursday, the 64-year-old TV personality announced on Instagram his new unscripted courtroom comedy series Judge Steve Harvey. Set to premiere on ABC sometime in 2022, Deadline reports that the 10-episode show will feature Steve as a “judge, jury and star” in which he will “[play] by his own rules, basing his courtroom on his own life experiences and some good old common sense.”

With filming scheduled to kick off in October and November, Steve is in search of “roommates, friends, siblings, neighbors, co-workers and more” with family disagreements, friendships gone wrong and actual small claims. In his Instagram post announcing the series, Steve even encouraged his followers to apply to have their disputes heard by the comedian himself.

This will be the fifth TV project added to Steve’s current roster. In addition to the upcoming Judge Steve Harvey show, he also hosts Family Feud, Family Feud Africa, Celebrity Family Feud and STEVE on Facebook Watch. What’s more, fans also tune into The Steve Harvey Morning Show on the radio.
