The 2019-20 bowl college football bowl schedule is set and we now know which teams will be visiting Orlando.
Starting with the FBC Mortgage Cure Bowl on December 21st, which will be played at Exploria Stadium in downtown Orlando. The Georgia Southern Eagles face off against the Liberty Flames. The purpose of this bowl game is to raise money and awareness to breast cancer.
Next we have the Camping World Bowl, which will be played at Camping world Stadium. This year, the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame (10-2) will return to Orlando to face the Iowa State Cyclones (7-5) on December 28th at Noon.
Finally, on New Year’s Day, The Vrbo Citrus Bowl will kick off at Camping World Stadium where the Alabama Crimson Tide will face off against the Wolverines of Michigan.
This promises to be a classic match-up on the annual Championship contender from Tuscaloosa playing for their first time out of the NCAA playoffs for years. Head coach Nick Saban will certainly be looking to send a message that this team is championship caliber. Michigan Coach Jim Harbaugh will definitely have something to say about that.
This year looks to be a solid and exciting bowl season for Orlando.
