Orlando Magic Continue To Struggle, Lose to Clippers 107-93

The Orlando Magic lost to the Los angeles Clippers, 107-93. The team is in the middle of one of the toughest stretches of this year’s schedule.

The Magic are in the middle of a freewill. They have lost 15 of it’s last 16 games. They played poor defense, allowing Los Angeles to make 54 percent of its shots. The Magic made only 42 percent of their shot attempts. Their accuracy was hurt by a 4-for-20 night from 3-point range.

The lifeless announced crowd of 16,647 at Amway Center that had few reason to cheer. Tonight’s game was lost at the beginning because they were over matched by a much more talented Clippers team. Their starters were just no match for the Los Angeles Clippers’ key players: Chris Paul, J.J. Redick, Jamal Crawford, Paul Pierce and DeAndre Jordan. As usual, they put up a good fight, but the lack of premium talent was evident.

Paul finished with a game-high 21 points, Redick added 20 points while Jordan supplemented his 12 points with a game-high 18 rebounds. The Magic’s Victor Oladipo lead the Magic with 18 points.

The Magic next face the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday at the Amway Center in Orlando. Game time is 1pm
