Tiger Woods made it official on Friday that he will forgo this years Masters Tournament in Augusta, Ga. He is still in the progress of recovering from two back surgeries but is not yet in shape to play, although he did say that he has been hitting golf balls and is still on his daily training regimen. Woods has missed two of the past three Masters.
He will, however be attending the champions dinner at Augusta for the tournament. He has not indicated a date when he will return to competition.
